The Individualized Professional Development Plan (IPDP) replaces the IPEGS Goal Setting. The IPDP is not a part of the IPEGS evaluation nor is it tied to Standard 5 - Assessment. No goal is required nor is a BIG goal required. The IPDP is a growth tool for the professional which indicates the professional development plan for the current school year. The professional can use multiple sources for the basis of the IPDP. Any revisions to the IPDP must be mutually agreed upon by the professional and the principal. It is due Friday, September 23, 2011. Click on the link below to see a breakdown of the IPDP procedures. All information on the IPDP can be found in the IPEGS Handbook, pages 68-70.
