2013 - 2014 School Improvement Plan (SIP) Waivers

Waivers must be submitted and approved by the School Board before the beginning of the school year. Accordingly, all schools must complete the attached 2013-2014 School Improvement Plan (SIP) Waivers to Labor Contract Provisions signature form (with appropriate attachments) whether your school is requesting a waiver or not. Completed 2013-2014 SIP Waiver forms shall be HAND DELIVERED to the respective Region Office on the date specified for each Region.
