NBC’s Education Nation Teacher Town Hall – Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the New World Center on Miami Beach
UTD President Karen Aronowitz, Secretary-Treasurer Fedrick Ingram, and UTD member panel guests joined NBC’s Education Nation Teacher Town Hall on Sunday, May 20, 2012.
The panelist were members of UTD and your colleagues representing your best interest. Panel guests were Jennifer Smith, teacher from Hialeah Senior High; Lucia Baez, teacher from Miami Beach Senior High; Roxana Elden, teacher from Hialeah Senior High and Chantel Madison, Curriculum Support Specialist from Education Transformation Office (ETO).
Kathy Pham, teacher from Hialeah Senior High was featured on an NBC news report regarding FCAT and what it means to teacher evaluations and Karla Mats, teacher at Hialeah Middle School was interviewed by the media.
