UTD, the only union that represents you at the negotiating table, is preparing for upcoming collective bargaining negotiations with Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
 

The UTD Negotiating Team wants to hear directly from you. This survey is designed to gather input from bargaining unit members on priorities, workplace conditions, employee morale, contract proposals, and interest in serving as part of UTD’s bargaining and organizing efforts. Key issues such as salaries, Referendum distribution (RRAS), healthcare, and working conditions will be part of negotiations, along with other concerns you may raise.
 

Your responses will help determine who is on the Bargaining Team and shape our Bargaining Team and Contract Action Team priorities, advocacy efforts, organizing strategies, and future contract negotiations.
