As we move further into the year and closer to election season, now is the time to make sure you, your family, and your friends are prepared and ready to participate in the upcoming elections.
The 2026 election will be especially important, as the renewal of the Referendum, our RRAS, will be on the ballot this November and every vote counts.
Many of the issues impacting our schools, educators, students, and communities are ultimately decided through the ballot box. Being an informed voter matters, but so does making sure everyone is registered and prepared to vote when the time comes.
We encourage you to check your voter registration status by visiting the state’s website using the link below:

As mentioned, the renewal of the Referendum, our RRAS, will be on the ballot this November. We will need volunteers to help get the word out and support community outreach efforts. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here:
Regardless of how you vote, make yourself ready and eligible to participate.
**Please remember that the PERC Vote begins on May 27. To protect your contract and maintain certification. WE NEED YOUR VOTE! When you receive your ballot, complete it and return your VOTE IMMEDIATELY. Do not set it aside or wait until later. Every ballot is essential, and failure to participate puts our contract, collective strength, and representation at risk.
